I have a couple versions of the etudes and so far I found Perahia not only masters the technical challenge but also brings the poetic elements in these. Even though several pieces are not satisfactory particularly Op.10-6, the overall quality is superb, especially Op.10-1,3,12, Op.25-1,11,12.
