The whole of piano technique can be broken down into just five basic motions and the coordinated combinations of those motions. When these motions are properly utilized, the physical difficulties encountered at the piano become effortless.

Whatever you are still going to write, I noticed that this is very true. I only master 1 or 2 motions, so some of the motions my teacher teaches me are very hard to do for me. For example, my octaves and tremolo octaves are quite bad, simply because I don't master the way to play them.
